Comfort concerns

Tip: Choose the right size ear tips and ensure correct insertion for optimal comfort.​

  1. Start by gently twisting and inserting your Loop earplugs until they sit comfortably in your ears.​
  2. If you experience discomfort, try switching to a smaller or larger ear tip size included in your package.​
  3. Test different sizes and adjust the angle or depth of insertion to find the most comfortable fit.​

Ensuring Proper Ear Tip Attachment

Tip: A secure attachment is key to comfort and performance.
Action: Swapping out your ear tips? Follow these steps to ensure they’re snug:

  1. Gently remove the current ear tip by pulling it off the earplug.
  2. Take your new ear tip, holding it between your thumb and index finger.
  3. Align it with the earplug’s stem, then push and twist gently until it fits securely. If you’re having trouble, flip the tip inside out, push it onto the earplug, and then fold it back into place.
  4. Check the fit in your ear for comfort and security.

For Loop Dream Earplugs: If you notice the silicone layer folding over the foam tip, simply unroll and re-roll it to cover the foam fully. These steps ensure your Loop Earplugs deliver the best fit, sound protection, and comfort.

Return Policy & Information​

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy is here to take care of you:​

  • Eligibility window: Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. ​
  • Exception: Returns will not be accepted if the products were made especially for you, based on your specific choices or instructions, or if they were clearly customised to your personal needs. In addition, no refunds are accepted on discounted products offered on Loop Archive to Loop Circle (this does not affect your rights to a remedy if the product is faulty, unsafe or not as described). 
  • Refund process: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and ear tips. Opt for the refund option during the return process.  ​

Initiating the Return Process​
  • Visit our Returns Portal: Click here to access our Return Portal. ​
  • Follow the guided prompts: Complete your return effortlessly with our step-by-step process. ​
  • Secure packaging: Safely pack your return items, attach the provided label, and follow the displayed instructions in the portal. ​
  • Individual returns: Combining multiple different orders isn't possible; each one requires a dedicated return. ​
  • Drop-off convenience: Visit your local drop off point (you can find this in the return portal), ensuring the return is scanned upon receipt. Don't forget to get a receipt for your records. ​
  • Swift processing: Returns typically take 3-6 business days for processing upon reaching our warehouse. Damaged or faulty returns may require up to 10 business days. 

Refund Information​

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If you've returned your items for a refund and it's not showing up, check your original purchase date. If you should already have your refund, just reach out to us. ​​

Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. 

Refunds, Store Credit, Handling Faulty Items, and Exchanges
  • Store credit: Issued as a store credit, delivered to the email used for the order. Read more here.​
  • Faulty items: Report damage or faults within the warranty period, providing a description and photo via our warranty portal. ​
  • Exchange process: Facilitated via the "Shop Now" feature on our website through our return portal. ​
  • Expedited shipping: Unfortunately this isn't available for exchanges. ​
  • Discounts: Original discounts apply to exchanges, but new codes can't be applied. 

Instant Exchanges

To speed up the process, consider "Instant Exchanges." In this case, a temporary authorization is placed on your credit card. If the return isn't sent within 14 days, the full amount is charged. ​

Gift Returns and Exchanges

Should you receive your order as a gift, our Gift Returns Portal ensures a seamless process without inconveniencing the giver. Access it with your email and shipping address. ​

Exchanges in Different Models and Colors

Exchange your Loop Earplugs for a different size or color effortlessly through our Returns Portal. Limited Edition colors may have certain restrictions, so please review the available options. ​

Final Sale

Items marked as 'Final Sale' aren't eligible for return. Exchanges for the same style/color may be possible, subject to availability. Additionally, customized items aren't returnable. ​

  • Return label inquiries: Follow the steps in the return portal. ​
  • Multiple returns: Each return must be sent separately for accurate processing.
